Well, for about a month, Podomatic gave us an opportunity to try the Pro features, like advanced statistics, that tell us precisely where our podcast are being downloaded and stuff like that. For my surprise, I got much more “listeners” outside Brasil! So thanks to all fellows in US cities: NYC, LA, Denver, Chicago, Dallas, Boston, Miami, Washington, Detroit;

Canada: Toronto, Quebec; Europe: Germany, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, UK, France, Poland, Denmark;

So, this set will take you back once again to the underground side of Hip-Hop (which I prefer over current mainstream). On this set you’ll find 2 of the various alter egos of MF Doom: Vic Vaughn and King Geedorah. MF Doom is part of the tight Stones Throw Records. From STR, you also will listen to MED (A.K.A Medaphoar) and J Dilla (RIP…).

Do you know what happens if mix BIG with Sinatra? Well, DJ Cappel & Smitty does! They produced a whole album mixin' BIG and Sinatra: Blue Eyes meets Bed-Stuy. I definitely recommend!

Jay-Z is definitely not an underground rapper, but his new album has some underground feeling. Check the Kingdom Come (which contains samples of Ricky James) produced by Just Blaze, Also check Missy Elliott, Mos Def and Common with cool remixes.
The old school is in da house too! Check this sound: 3rd Bass, KRS-One, AZ and De La Soul.

Se vc ainda não ouviu esse disco, corra atrás, pq é um dos melhores de 2006 na minh opinião! Continuando no under, tem uma das melhores rimas que eu já ouvi na vida, a poesia Musa do Aori e tem tb o clássico Um Bom Lugar, do sabota.

Saindo um pouco do underground, tem The Game com uma das melhores músicas do álbum Doctor's Advocate, tem 50 Cent em 2 ótimas versões remix, Window Shopper e Have a Party. E já que ela tá (merecidamente) na "moda", eu coloquei a excelente Negra Li num remix tb excelente da DJ Carol. Desde que eu ouvi a Negra Li fazendo backing pro RZO há uns anos atrás, eu tinha certeza que essa menina ia brilhar. Tomara, que a "moda" não ofusque o enorme talento dela...

Logo em seguida tem Instituto junto com um dos maiores gênios de todos os tempos: Sabotage! Uma pena que morreu tão cedo...

Falando em Instituto, os caras estarão no TIM Fetival, na mesma noite dos Beastie Boys e do DJ Shadow! Imperdível!

Continuando, tem tb Pyroman, um rapper francês do caraio! Pra quem não tá ligado, Hip-Hop underground na europa é o que há!
Tem gente pra caraio na França, Portugal, Inglaterra... Merece depois um set dedicado a isso.

A dobradinha final é entre De La Soul e Parliament. 2 grupos sensacionais que criaram história.
